Are your costumes screen-accurate?

Our designs are inspired by the characters you love, with magical detail in every piece. "Screen-accurate" can mean different things to different cosplayers, so each product page lists the design notes, materials, and what's included. We focus on capturing the spirit and look of the character — with a comfortable, wearable fit that holds up to real-world adventures.

Are the costumes true to size?

Our pieces are based on Asian sizing, which tends to run 1-2 sizes smaller than US/EU standards. We've built in a comfortable buffer and added detailed measurements on every product page. Please check our Size Guide before ordering, and don't hesitate to reach out if you're unsure.

What's included in the costume set?

Each product page has a clear "What's in the box" section listing every piece included. Most sets include the main garment plus accessories like headpieces, gloves, socks, or bows. Items not included (shoes, wigs, props) are always noted clearly.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping is 7–15 business days. Express options are available at checkout. Most pieces are made-to-order and ship within 3–7 business days of your order.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes — we ship worldwide! Shipping times and prices vary by destination.

How do I return an item?

Reach out to hello@cosfaire.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll send you a return label. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

How do I care for my costume?

Most of our pieces are made from polyester and can be hand-washed or machine-washed on a gentle/delicate cycle in cold water. Hang to dry. For pieces with delicate details, lace, or attached accessories, we recommend hand-washing. Detailed care notes are included with every order.
