Dispatch and standard delivery
- Dispatch: within 96 hours unless the product listing states otherwise. Confirm dispatch timing for presale options before ordering.
- Standard delivery: estimated 15 days after dispatch.
- Express or expedited delivery: not available.
Dispatch time is additional to the delivery estimate. Delivery is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date; allow time for both stages before a party, convention or other event. A tracking link is sent by email when the order ships.

Returns and exchanges
- Request an eligible return within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.
- The buyer pays return shipping; Cosfaire covers return shipping for defective or incorrect items.
