We ship from our workshop within 3â7 business days of receiving your order. Most pieces are made-to-order to keep our process low-waste and high-quality.

Tracking is included with every order. You'll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your costume ships.

Not the perfect fit? No worries â we offer 30-day returns on all unworn, unwashed items in original packaging.
- Request a return within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping; we cover it for defects or wrong items
- Refunds processed within 5 business days of receiving the return
